With the sun going down on a Sunday afternoon, we say goodbye to another busy week within the My Wildlife SA team.

We started the week capturing and transporting some young sable bulls, and do they have all the time in the world! They had Lindy turning on the Bushveld TV and doing some admin and marketing on top of the trailer as she patiently waited for them to jump off.

We then delivered some Impala, what a smooth delivery it was, they were a passive capture, and they were too happy to have arrived at their new home.

After those two days, we captured some Wildebeest passively, blue and gold… And I have to say, that Golden Wildebeest bull was a feisty one!

On Wednesday evening the team got a request to transport 3 Eland. Our client requested help at around 8:30 pm as his transporter dropped him on 99. I was amazed at how quickly our team can organize! At 8:45 pm everything was a go for transport the next morning! Go, Team!!

On Thursday we went to Louis Trichard to catch some buffalo for transportation which wasn’t too successful. We came home empty-handed as the client did not keep the buffalo in quarantine, so blood tests will have to be done again before we can move them safely.

And with the week ending, we delivered some beautiful, healthy, shiny Impala and the wildebeest we had on boma from earlier this week.

For a week well spent, we ended it with a well-deserved braai!

Well done and thank you for all the hard work MWSA team!! Keep it up!
