What I like most about my work is…

Since I started this company in 2012 and I’ve never looked back. Working with my clients every day is a great pleasure. I am always on standby and always willing to help. Loading animals and being in the veld is my favourite. The expressions of proud clients after the animals are offloaded makes me proud about what we do in the Wildlife Industry. I have an excellent team behind me and we are very excited about the future.

Sport and hobbies include… 

There really is not much time for sports and hobbies but I’ve been playing some Badmintone but only for the fun of it with friends. Can braai qualify as a hobby…?

Succeeding in business and expanding. Surviving every day is a challenge alone but we need to stay humble and focus on our goals.

What I like most about my work is…

Handling all the arrangements for clients and making sure all the documents are in place is a great responsibility in which I take great pride. Each animal or group of animals we work with gets their own profile where we log all critical information about the movement for future reference for our clients. Being on the road and traveling through our beautiful country is a bonus!

Sport and hobbies include… 

I am the mom of the My Wildlife SA family and always spoil everyone with my homemade jams, rusks and chilli sauces. I love to bake and entertain my family and friends.

Greece ! I need to go to Greece for a fortnight! I just love my Shirley Valentine and would love to visit Greece.

What I like most about my work is…

Marketing has always been in my blood and being able to use those skills in die Wildlife Trade is truly exhilarating and fulfilling. I am also responsible for the animals on the property and to interact on a daily basis with the game is something I love to do. Whether I am making calls, co-coordinating the buyers and sellers, loading animals or doing deliveries, I strive to do everything with pride and passion.

I enjoy playing Golf and promise myself every Sunday that I will start riding my bicycle again but come Monday….well????

What I like most about my work is…...

After many years of working in the Corporate field but always dreaming of the Bushveld, I was offered the opportunity in 2016. Assisting my PH cousin on hunting Safaris, we started talking about the gap in the game industry for Passive Game Capturing Systems. I then developed the “Valboma” Passive Capture System and that same year did the first passive capture on an Eco-Estate.  Since then I have developed and refined the system to what it is today. In 2019 my path crossed that of Stephanie’s and in 2020 we started working together. Working in the outdoors with unpredictable but beautiful game species is hard and gratifying at the same time. I believe that our Passive Capture System is the best solution for Breeding camp- and smaller farm captures.  Minimal stress for the animals is always our first priority and the Valboma truly makes that possible.

Being the only Male in the My Wildlife Group is a lot of fun and boy-oh-boy these Girls know what they do!

My dream is to…

To be successful in the Wildlife industry, to make an impact and to leave a legacy.

What I like most about my work:

I just love the outdoors and the Bushveld itself. Meeting clients and working with colleagues everyday makes it feel like we are one big Wildlife family. Being in the veld everyday and when visiting different farms there is always something to learn and advice to be given which makes my work very exciting. I visit Auctions and attend as many Wildlife Chambers as possible to stay informed and on top of my game. I always keep my clients best interest at heart and make sure they receive the best service we can offer..

Sports and hobbies:

I think climbing up and down the game vehicles everyday gives me more than enough exercise on a weekly basis. Crossword puzzles is a big hobby of mine and I find it very relaxing.

Travel wishes:

If I could ever be so lucky to travel the world, I will visit Morocco or Italy first!

What I like most about my work is…

I love working on my computer. So being able to do the permits and keeping the website up to date makes me super happy. Also working with family is the best part of the job!

I love cooking and baking, and when I am not in the kitchen I am in front of the computer, I see myself as a bit of a nerd.

If the opportunity ever presents itself, I would love to see a Chinese New year!

What I like most about my work is…

I have always been an animal lover and working with these magnificent wild animals everyday gives me great pleasure. I always make sure that every animal we work with is as comfortable as possible and I do what I can to keep their stress levels as low as possible, be it during transport or animals standing on boma. Releasing these animals into the wild after their translocation process is the most wonderful feeling.

Sport and hobbies include… 

I gym regularly and like to sketch when I feel like I need some alone time. Music is a great passion of mine so I play the guitar and listen to music every chance I get.

Travel dreams…

My bucket list has some ticks open and if I am lucky enough I would still want to visit China, Iceland, America, Holland and Sweden.
